Evangeline is a poem by Longfellow and is included in various Selected/Collected Poem editions. The same logic in the past has applied Canon points to any play or short story collection that fit under a Bloom Canon vague entry of "Stories" "Selected Works" "Plays", etc.

I believe the series points are only awarded when the series books are used for different tasks & you already claimed Strawberry Shortcake Murder (the second series book) for this task.

As of post 64, I show your Grand Total as 45

Hi Tammy: This is the same book I've pencilled in for this task. It's been on my TBR shelf forever, I actually own a copy of it, and I really enjoyed the first book. (Plainsong?)

I have no idea how i got the grand total of 185. I think at this point it should be 210? Adding the combo for alliteration that Krista pointed out would be 215. I have two more completrd tasks to put down. I'll tread carefully and try to use the kind of Math that the rest of the world uses but I won't be surprised if I'm way off.

I don't think this title works for alliteration. My understanding of the task is that the title words should all begin with the same sound, except for connecting words (of, and, or -- the words not capitalized in the title). So, I have this task total as 30 points.

ETA: Unfortunately, The Complete Poetry of Edgar Allan Poe will also not be eligible for alliteration combo points.

I am not good with rhymes. To my ear they don't rhyme, but I am ignorant of what constitutes non-perfect rhymes.

So, I am going to ask you to do a little extra homework for this one. If you (Or Sam/Krista) can tell me which type of rhyme Crime/James falls under, I'll accept it.

Thanks!
