What a great book!
The writing, the characters, the plot and world building... just amazing!
Even though it's a big book I barely noticed it, the pace of it keeps you going and you can't stop.
Katsa is such a great character, I found very interesting the analysis of her Grace and how it was always seen as killing but once Po came along and they became friends, she started getting to know herself as well, wich lead her to really see what she could do and find out what her power was.
As an elementary school teacher I always try to find interesting books to recommend my students and this one is a truly amazing one with a couple of good advices for them

But it was still an awesome book. :)

My review:
I loved Men of the Otherworld, so I was really looking forward to this book. It turned out to be just ok, though. Some of the stories were extremely short and some seemed to go on forever. Surprisingly, I think my favorite was Eve's.
What I enjoyed:
* Learning more about the characters' pasts.
* I like Lucas' father. He seems to just want to make Lucas happy.
* Cassandra and Savannah's interactions were fun.
What could have been better:
* The last story dragged. I enjoyed the basic plot, but it took too long to get to the point and Lucas' internal whining got old fast.
* I was surprisingly disappointed with Clay and Elena's story. They are by far my favorites in this world, but I think I would have been happier never knowing the details of how they met. Although it was good to get to know Logan.

I really liked this one. Probably closer to a 3.5 star, but when a book has an Irish wolfhound quoting Eric Cartman, I'll throw him a bone with 4 stars. It was a light, fun read with great characters, fast paced action and much comic relief. I found myself snickering many a time while reading.
Atticus is a really likable character who is easy to root for. Sometimes his comments were just a bit too trendy to be coming from a 2100 year old druid, but they were usually funny, nonetheless. And Atticus' Irish wolfhound, Oberon, was great. He was like Jim the Demon Dog, with more sweetness and less creepy pervishness.
Lots of mythology and different gods & supes in this one, but instead of finding it to be too much, I really enjoyed the smorgasbord. Looking forward to find out what trouble Atticus & Oberon get into next.

Sowwy Judithe--please look away while I motivate my team at your team's expense. Thankyouverymuch. ;)

I will be reading the The Iron Duke by Meljean Brook for the Fantasy SciFi shelf. I will have the review done by Monday.
Thanks for your understanding.

Thanks so much everyone for being such a great team, we were pretty awesome. :)

Congratulations to the to the Sixie Chicks!! Great game everyone!

Well, for a little while Mr. R was VERY good to us. I think we were the only team to have 3 potentials. :)
In the end, though...oh well. Congrats to the Chicks!
For the record -- finished Magic Lost, Trouble Found - 5 stars - I stayed up to after 1AM to finish it.
Raine reminds me very much of Kate Daniels. The authors of both series share a editor.

Hip, Hip, Hooray
Party Hats, Balloons, the crowd goes wild!!!

Great game team!, we did good and I'm real happy to be part of The ONEders.
Special thanks to our leader, Laura Lulu.
Can't wait for round 3!

Have a great day and remember women are like good wines, we just get better and better with age.
