May I ask, is this a permanent move? I understand your sentiments...as a displaced Long Islander...I know the Rockaways can be wonderful in the summer.

i lived in Steve's moms basement until we saved up for a house which was very small so i know the feeling- of course ti was only the two of us no kiddies
