Paranormal Romance & Urban Fantasy discussion

I want like an academy series with paranormal romance in it... I know of Vampire Academy, Darke Academy and i was wondering if anyone can recommend some.

Ehhh, you've probably read this but all I can think of is the House of Night series by Kristin Cast P. C. Cast, but IMO it's not as good as VA. However, there's vampires, romance, some action and a lot of hilarious dialogues. There are 8 (I think) books in the series already.

I read several of the House of Night series but wasn't just crazy about them. But I didn't like Vampire Academy at all and quit after the first one. There is Claudia Gray's Evernight series. I read the first one and gave it three stars but maybe I just don't care for this kind of story. There are a lot of reviews out there.

How about the Morganville Vampires series by Rachel Caine?

I agree, I love all of her books so far. Which is rare for me.

That is one series I haven't tried (Morganville Vampires) Some day.....

Terry, Have you tried the Mortal Instaments Series by Cassandra Clare? There are currently three books, City of Bones, City of Ashes, and City of Glass. City of Angels is coming out next month and she also started a prequel series called the Infernal Devices. I think you would like those.
It's not an Academy series, but I really think they are among the best books I've ever read.
