I've got another little problem.
On my book The Invisible Chains - Part 1: Bonds of Hate it says 8 ratings. When I click on the details only 7 are there, yet the total is divided by 8. This would mean a rating of no stars. Is this possible or just a glitch?

They're working on the way ratings are calculated or something and something got broken by accident. It might not get fixed until Monday when the GR staff goes back to work.

Thanks for the info Ralph! Was able to fix it myself with the info off that other post! You rock!

For those who come after us:
On the edit book page on the right, there is a link called "refresh book rating stats", you just have to click it to recalculate.

The manual recalculation works for awhile, but eventually changes back. It looks like only one 0 star rating is being included now (rather than one for every review with comments but no stars), but it still skews the rating.

Anyone heard anything about a permanent fix to the problem?

A fix is in the works.
