I just did a websearch, and I am not certain if it is available in the UK yet. I know that as of January they were saying that it would soon be available in the UK. Here are some Kindle lending sites...

I bet they will come out with it eventually. Nook and Kindle both offer it, and the other ereaders are going to need to in order to compete.
