Let me know if you need help for any of the events.
Thank you. You're on the list! We're going to see what registration looks like and figure out where we need the help (3 author sessions per hour/2 of us = help needed)!

Joanne, it's so funny that you put summer tires on your car to go to Vermont, and we put snow tires on to go there!
(I know you're not really doing it for your trip, but still found it amusing...).
Good idea to have a volunteers thread. Will start now.
Thanks!

Not in April, I hope! I am betting on no major snowstorms after March 30th. I don't want to listen to my winter tires humming on the pavement for 6 hours...
Should I bring my skis?
No skis, we will be too busy for that!
(With the amount of snow we've had this year, I'm counting on great weather for the weekend.)

Hi Ann and Michael,
Count me in...happy to help with anything. Best, Nancy

I asked the same question! Ann and Michael believe that not everyone will want to attend every event as some of the one hundred are spouses.

And authors/editors -- 10 total. They don't have to register.
The last event has 90 -- is that Saturday night's event? If it's Sunday, there's no limit, but I doubt it will be anywhere near 90..

I'll probably be in line right after you, Joanne! I was thinking the very same thing.

Eesh, quick, where does one advertise for a stand-in or body double? [I am *not* photogenic. Thank goodness I had my hair done yesterday].
We do have everyone's info on a spreadsheet, but of course we don't have everyone's permission to share. I recommend bringing cards (if you have them) or a notebook to share information. The other option is to annotate the "2 Books I Can't Wait For You To Read" with contact info as you get to know people -- everyone who contributed is listed alphabetically, so it's quick way to find someone.

Ha, the 2BICWfYtR" will be our yearbook! Man, now I wish I had remembered to send something in, I'll have to be in the back where they put people who weren't in school on photo day!
