Wrath - Vin Diesel but he has no hair...
I'm thinking Dwayne Johnson for either Wrath or Z...He isn't wiry enough for Z, but he has the tattoos....

Oded Fehr from The Mummy (with long hair) might be a good to play Wrath.
You should check out Jason Momoa from Game of Thrones on HBO. He plays Kahl Drogo. If you look at his pics on the HBO website, he is exactly what I would picture Wrath looking like. Long black hair and all. And SOOO HOT, but scary too.
Oh, and for Xhex, I would definitely choose Noomi Rapace who played Lisbeth Salender in the original Swedish version of the Girl with the Dragon Tattoo movies. There are pics from the movie trilogy on imdb.com
