The author describes it as a series, but the books are stand-alones, only related by the fairy-tale theme -- EXCEPT that the novella listed as 1.5 is a direct follow-up to book #1.
I know some people dislike numbering of non-related books because it makes them think they need to be read in a certain order. I did put in a series note that the novels are standalones.
Can anyone think of a creative way to deal with this or should it just be left as it is?
