Scientists have discovered a symbiotic, DNA-sharing relationship between algae and salamanders, which could open up the possibility of algae implants for humans in the future. Interestingly, the immediate benefit is internal oxygen-production, the potential of "breathing under water" via bioengineering, as opposed to the Green Man's photosynthesis.
