Ugh. I can usually pretty much read all day at work on Fridays. So I was counting on getting a couple of short romances in to fill in a couple of names. Of course it was the one Friday where the phone rang off the hook. I was only able to read about 50 pages of 1 book. And tonight I'm going on a Haunted Hay Ride, tomorrow I'm going car shopping and Sunday I might be taking my daughter to 6 flags.

Wow - the Haunted Hay Ride & car shopping sounds heaps more fun than reading! (Not sure what 6 flags is, so can't comment on that :) Have fun Mary!! There will always be another reading challenge ;)

I responded to MM from Succubus on Top, Kayla plays a role and there are cameo's of the others, but it isn't until book 5 and 6 that you really see all of them

I'm not going to finish but it's going to be hard to turn this challenge "off" in my brain! I'm constantly checking character names against a mental list!

I don't think I'll finish which sucks because I'm so close. I went out Friday night and was out all day Saturday. Then we lost power early Sat evening and it just came back on a little while ago. I did do some reading. But I don't think I have it in me to read the 3 or books I have left to get names in all in one day. Plus I left one at work thinking I'd read it there today. Well work is still w/o power and so I can't even get that. Well I could (have a key) but I'm short on gas and most of the stations around here are out of gas. I need to save what I have to get to work and back untilt he gas stations get deliveries.

I'm going to update what I got in and see if what's left if doable.

Yeah it's not going to happen. I need 6 more names and don't have any books with more than 1 of them. I can't read 6 books today. Not with a fridge and freezer full of spoiled food to clean up and laundry to do.

I'm done playing! I won't get done today. I had a lot of fun.

The book I'm reading now has a few names so I'll try to finish it today...but that's it!

I'm in the middle of two books (one audio and one reading)that have at least 3 names between them (possibly more - one is an anthology and I don't know if any other names might show up in the third story). I'm pretty sure I'll be able to finish both today - I still won't come anywhere close to completing the list, but at least I'll finish strong! ;)

I can't decide if I'm sad or relieved that it's over! Unfortunately my own personal completion complex is telling me I will probably need to keep going on my own until I finish the lists - how obsessive is that???

I do too, but that doesn't mean I can't just keep my list handy, and if I happen to notice that one or two of the names on it are in the book I'm currently reading...

I kept all my info incase they do this again next year. I figured a lot of the names would be the same.

On the plus side-many of the little series romances I read for this filled in spots for other challenges.

Did anyone else find they were also picking up names from TV shows and thinking hmmm I need that name. Wait its not a book it doesn't count. LOL

Well, I couldn't finish this one in time for the challenge. But, I also feel compelled to finish the list on my own anyway. I'm looking forward to the next Tournament! These are fun and very challenging! :)

I'll do an update on where everyone finished some time soon - I'll need a bit of quiet time to pull it together, and that quiet time is SO not happening at home at the moment! Busy, busy, busy :)
