Aynge (ayngemac) | 1202 comments I always bite off the ears first. And I always feel gypped when the bunny is hollow.

The tail.

Rebecca White (rebecca_white) | 1027 comments I start by gouging out the eyes, if it has those candy eyes. Then the ears. It's savage, whatever way you look at it.

message 4: by Aynge (new)

Aynge (ayngemac) | 1202 comments I have been known to put the bunny in a Zip-Lock, smash it, and consume it shard-by-shard.

Lyzzibug ~Still Breathing~ (lyzzibug) | 708 comments I always start with the ears. I do believe I will be trying it Aynge's way this year.

janine | 7709 comments whenever i eat chocolate animals i decapitate them. and then make a stupid joke.

message 7: by RandomAnthony (new)

RandomAnthony | 14536 comments I love this question. I saw special chocolate bunnies yesterday that are designed to be split easily into sections. That made me laugh.

Ears, of course.

message 8: by RandomAnthony (new)

RandomAnthony | 14536 comments Yeah, I think hollow gets a bad rap. Quit pickin' on the hollow!

message 9: by Jim (new)

Jim | 6484 comments I eat the eyes because I don't want it watching me eating it.

message 10: by Aynge (new)

Aynge (ayngemac) | 1202 comments I can still remember being a little kid, and getting this huge chocolate bunny, then taking a bite and finding it was just a shell with nothing inside. Very disappointing.

message 11: by Janice (new)

Janice (jamasc) I always get a 1 pound solid chocolate bunny each Easter and it's always the ears that get demolished first. I can break them off by hand whereas the rest of the body gets hacked to bits with a knife.

Sally (mrsnolte) | 17373 comments Mod
ears.

Jackie "the Librarian" | 8991 comments Ears, and I am undaunted by solid chocolate bunnies. I am okay with gnawing as necessary.

Dark chocolate is preferred, but milk chocolate is acceptable when it comes to Easter Bunnies. Do not try to distract me with jelly beans.

message 14: by Janice (new)

Janice (jamasc) *waves jelly beans in front of Jackie while trying to snitch the chocolate bunny away*

Ha ha! I see what you are doing there!

I don't think I've ever eaten a chocolate Easter bunny.

Janice (jamasc) Lobstergirl wrote: "I don't think I've ever eaten a chocolate Easter bunny."

Ouch! You're not one of those people who dislike chocolate, or are allergic to it?

message 19: by Lobstergirl, el principe (new)

Lobstergirl | 24781 comments Mod
No, I generally like chocolate. We never had Easter baskets growing up though. We had a few Easter egg hunts, and ate jelly beans, but no baskets.

message 20: by Janice (new)

Janice (jamasc) We used to get the chocolate covered marshmallow bunnies and eggs when I was a kid. I have vague memories of Easter Egg hunts, but don't recall having baskets either.

And waves crashing on the sand are just waves crashing on the sand.

I always bite the heads off any animal-shaped treats, because it's cruel if you eat 'em from the feet up.

Phoenix (phoenixapb) | 1619 comments Oooo, what do I win, Kevin?

I thought that's what you meant when I first read it but my mind is a veritable playground of debauchery, and I was trying to be good...for once. I figured it was safe to comment once I was sure that's what you meant. :D

message 43: by Kevin (new)

Kevin (ksprink) | 11469 comments ha! you win a luther campbell autographed Banned In The USA CD

message 44: by Phoenix (new)

Sarah | 13814 comments Jim wrote: "But she never seems to blink."

Maybe she's an ancient being that has developed a defense mechanism wherein the moment anybody looks at her she freezes in place and literally turns to stone until they look away.

In which case, Jim, don't blink.

message 49: by Jim (new)

Jim | 6484 comments I think my contacts have dried on to my eyeballs, must blink soon.

message 50: by Sarah (last edited Apr 21, 2011 08:47AM) (new)

Sarah | 13814 comments We can take turns watching her, just to be safe. As long as one person is looking, she can't move.

(view spoiler)
Crap! I blinked! She got closer!
