The monsters in "Mimic" were pretty freaky. As were the ones in "The Dark"

I generally find zombies the scariest monsters. I think it's more the idea of them than anything else. The idea that your friends and family could turn into these things that kill and eat other humans or be killed and eaten by them is something that I find scary.

Any creature that retains a tiny bit of its humanity. ..

Wendigos are pretty terrifying. Those long ass horns like Moose but they aren't moose..they are flesh eating suckers who want them some human..now that's horrifying.
