The Cinderella Theorem
By Kristee Ravan
YA Fantasy
Description: (From Amazon.com)
Fairy tales are naturally non-mathematical. That is a fact, and fifteen-year-old Lily Sparrow loves factual, mathematical logic. So when her mother confesses that Lily’s deceased father is (a) not dead, (b) coming to dinner, and (c) the ruler of a fairy tale kingdom accessible through the upstairs bathtub, Lily clings to her math to help her make sense of this new double life (1 life in the real world + 1 secret life in the fairy tale world = a double life).

Even though it’s not mathematical, Lily finds herself being pulled into a mystery involving an unhappy Cinderella, a greasy sycophant called Levi, and a slew of vanishing fairy tale characters. Racing against the clock, with a sound mathematical plan, can Lily save her fairy tale friends before they vanish forever?

I can be contacted at [email protected]
Thank you!

Glad you're so excited, Cynthia! I hope you enjoy "The Cinderella Theorem." This is my first book, so I can't comment on the benefits of having books in a series. I just know that that's how the story came to me....as more than one book.

David Rose I can't very well bribe anyone for a review with a free copy of a book that's already free can I? However, maybe someone will bite if I promise you something better?

Ok the book I'd like a review for is a short ebook, Moonlight, a Fantasy-Romance-Young Adult story, just 43 pages so it's not like it's going to be hard work, right? And all I want is your honest opinion, good, bad or ugly.

And here's the deal: If you do a proper review, love it or hate it, and post your review on GR, Amazon & Barnes&Noble, I will give you a free ebook copy of my next book when it comes out! If you want to know what that's going to be like, there is a teaser on my website (just click on 'Unpublished').

Yours hopefully

David

Carol Vorvain (carolvorvain) | 7 comments Dear Ones,

I am looking for reviewers for my book When Dreams are Calling.

WhenDreamsAreCalling
Genre: Chick-lit, Inspirational, Humor.
Pages: 207
Format: Kindle

Book Description:
Inspired by a true story, When Dreams are Calling is a powerful mixture of adventure, travel and reflections that will redefine your idea of courage while making you laugh all the way.
The main character, Dora, is a witty young woman who chases her dreams across continents, from Europe to America, then to Asia, and finally, to the far away shores of Australia.
We see the changes she goes through, the price she pays for following her dreams, but also the rewards she gets on the way. Her life is a roller coaster and her plan is nothing more than the confidence that everything will work out for the best.
The story is filled with magical words of wisdom that will inspire and delight you, while making you reflect on the beauty of friendship, lust, love and kindness.
“Words have power, dreams have power, we have power” is the motif which echoes all through this enthralling novel that bursts with optimism.

Jim Liston (jimsgotweb) | 4 comments Hi,
Would anyone be interested in reading/reviewing "The CEO" by Peter Ralph? It's on Amazon here:
http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00BA2FNXQ/

Here is the description:
Douglas Aspine knew that being CEO of a public company was twenty times more lucrative than winning the lottery. He was forty-five and time was running out when fate dealt him an unexpected opportunity. The company was old, staid and well-respected but it was under performing and Aspine was determined to turn it around no matter who he had to crush.

Soon he was at war with the company's employees, unions, suppliers, financiers and co-directors but nothing was going to stop him. Not his chairman, not his wife, not his mistress, not the anonymous death threats and definitely not the press. Aspine could almost taste the glory, the riches and peer recognition he'd craved for so long. He knew he had countless detractors and enemies who he contemptuously labelled "losers" and paid no heed to. Would this prove to be a miscalculation of monumental proportions or would he prevail?

And a Bio:
I think that before you can competently tell an entertaining and hopefully gripping story, you need to have at least some expertise in the subject matter that you are writing about which is one reason I'll never write about romance.

I've been involved in business and litigation for most of my life and my story-telling is coloured by the days and weeks I've spent in lawyers' offices, barristers' chambers and courts waiting for the wheels of justice to grind to a conclusion. I enjoy slightly changing the facts, adding a little violence than and changing the names of the characters to protect the guilty to produce what are hopefully enthralling business themed suspense novels.
Assisting world poker champion, Joe Hachem, with his autobiography, Pass the Sugar was enjoyable and an experience I'll not readily forget.

Peter Ralph

His would-be prophet, the Harbinger of the Dawn, was a pariah, but now few remain who would dare to challenge his authority. He is slowly reshaping a peaceful society into a genocidal war machine.

Mercedes Torres | 1 comments Hi Everyone,

I'm looking for some honest reviews of my new novel The Fear of Falling
The Fear of Falling (Toxic Love #1) by Mercedes G. Torres

SYNOPSIS
Anna Tate is an anti-social seventeen year old who has always lived to please her cruel and abusive mother. When Anna’s mother sends her to live with her estranged grandfather leaving the only home she has ever known she is forced to confront who she is without the influence of her mother. Anna is befriended by the handsome and taken next door neighbor. She clings to him for emotional support and inevitably falls in love but soon becomes lost and desperate when he does not return her love.

Anna’s life becomes a journey of love, obsession, unrequited emotions and self-discovery as she is forced to choose between a boy that reminds her of home and the unrequited love she's always known and her true love, the one she’s carried in her heart for four years. If she takes the chance on true love she could lose the one thing that has reminded her that life is worth living, his heart.

BACK COVER
A Love story is not always about falling in love, or falling out of love sometimes it's about learning how to love. Sometimes learning to love is half the battle. Loving too much or loving too little can be toxic in either direction and all that loving yourself bullshit everyone is always talking about…well there is a fine line between altruism and narcissism when your sacrifices are made in vein, that’s a lesson we all learn the hard way.

If this sounds like something you would be interested in please email me at [email protected] I can send you a digital copy in mobi, PDF or Epub formats.

Thanks!

Novel Title: Blade Of The Broken: Book I of The Runeblade Trilogy

Genre: Fantasy. A hybrid of Epic and Heroic. (And it can get a little dark at times. Nothing too graphic, but still not for kids. You read the excerpt to see if its too much for you. http://www.amazon.com/Blade-Broken-Bo... )
Length: 233 pages, or 54,000 words.
Format: Kindle, ePub, PDF, html (I can send a copy in any electronic format. Just not a paperback. Or I can give you a Smashwords code.)

Back Cover Blurb: Thirteen years ago, the lands of Kronea were embroiled in war.

The Sorcerer King, Warrick Volung, killed thousands of innocent men and elves with his sorcery, and the powerful Runeblade, forged by the God of Light Tuireann himself... When it was created, the blade was a weapon of good. But it was warped by Warrick’s evil soul, and his worship of his God: the Arch-Demon Morak.

The people of the lands, the last of the Elves, the Mages & Paladins of Seran Drakis, and the Rangers Guild united to stop the King. They defeated his army, and took the Runeblade, and broke it in two. Warrick was forced to retreat to his homeland, and has hid there ever since.

Now Kronea is relatively peaceful. Even with peace, there are still monsters in the shadows: human and humanoid alike. To keep order, the Rangers Guild seek them out, and deal with them accordingly.

Stefan Rickardson is one of the best Rangers. He always gets the mission done, no matter the cost. When he's sent on a quest to stop yet another person, he thinks it's the same as every other mission... But the further he goes on the hunt, the more Stefan starts to question his orders. Especially when the person he's after isn't evil.

Meanwhile, a greater evil is stirring up again, and will push Stefan to his emotional and psychological limits... And it will break him, and everyone around him.

Wills will be tested… And blood will be spilled.

How Many Copies Available for Reviewers: Unlimited copies available. 1 per reviewer.

Stipulations: You, the reviewer, have permission to post your review everywhere. (After posting it on Amazon & Goodreads.) The copy is yours and yours alone. I can provide a free copy via Smashwords code, or I’ll send you a file… Most importantly, don’t go easy on me. I want to know what you think of the book, whether it’s good or bad. Megan (meganphaskell) | 6 comments Hi All!

I'm looking for reviewers for my debut fantasy adventure novel, Sanyare: The Last Descendant.

Blurb:
Trained as an elite fighter and educated in the ways of the elves, Nuriel “Rie” Lhethannien has worked decades to be accepted into the High Court messenger service. It’s a simple enough occupation, but in a realm where humans are treated as little better than slaves, it’s a position she’ll do anything to protect.

On a routine delivery in the Human Realm, Rie is attacked by assassins from the enemy Shadow Realm and framed as a traitor. Facing execution at the hand of an unmerciful king, she evades capture and crosses the portal into enemy lands to prove her innocence.

Surprising allies arise from the shadows, assisting her search and uncovering secrets she didn’t know she kept. With the risk of discovery lurking at every turn, Rie must use every weapon in her arsenal — and some she didn’t know she possessed — to uncover the truth behind the attack. Along the way, she discovers she might not be as human as she was led to believe, and her heritage could be more dangerous than she ever imagined.

Peter Bailey | 1 comments I'm very keen to get any reviews for my first book "Walk in the flesh" (kindly published by Barbarian Books

'Walk in the flesh" an edge-of-your-seat techno thriller that tells the simple story of Neil, An assassin for the British Government. His job is getting access to the difficult to reach targets – and then slaughtering them (sometimes he adds a little unsanctioned murder & mutilation for reasons that even he is unaware of, but this is really just a side-line).

But Neil is worse than homicidal, he is untidy. When he left his severed head in Iran, he left a pathologist a puzzle to unpick that leads to her sharing a road trip with a man she thinks is quite charming, while he is thinking about keeping her ears after he breaks her neck.

David | 2 comments The Avatar of Calderia Book Two The Shining Stone by David M. Echeandia

The Avatar of Calderia: Book Two: The Shining Stone

Hello. I'm looking for reviews for "The Shining Stone," the second book of my epic fantasy trilogy. In Book One, “Awakenings,” I began my tale of heroes and villains, wizards and Dark sorcerers, mythical races and creatures, honor and treachery, passion and sadistic lust, and war and conquest. Book Two, “The Shining Stone,” continues the story as Emperor Rak`koth, the Dark sorcerer, launches his armada and embarks on his ruthless invasion of Balleterria to establish his Empire in the West.

Across the Luminous Sea, Killian, the Avatar prince and Ellianthia, the Elfin princess forge an uneasy peace and, together with other companions, undertake a dangerous quest to find an ancient talisman hidden in the Dwarven mines far to the west. Meanwhile, the fragile Alliance of Calderians and Forest folk struggles to overcome hatred and distrust, and unite against the invader, while traitors lurk within their midst, waiting to strike.

The second book continues my personal homage to classic fantasy, replete with the beloved characters, themes and elements that I most like to read and write about. I have been gratified to discover that most readers of the first book have expressed their appreciation of these classical elements, and the spirit in which my story is written. My greatest pleasure as an author comes on those occasions when I am able to forget that I am writing the story, and just allow myself to get caught up in the great adventure.

I am happy to provide a copy in EPub, PDF and Mobi formats for review. Book One is also available for review, for those who might like to read that first.

You can contact me here on Goodreads or at [email protected] for a copy.

anonymous confession | 1 comments Hopefully, someone can review my picture book, they'll receive a free copy of their choice. It’s a Holiday themed book. Though I understand if it's not your cup of tea.

The First Picture Book of the series. Silvinawynn and The Winter Solstice is a romantic fantasy about Silvinawynn. A young mortal woman with Cerebral Palsy, that’s confined to a wheelchair. She has no idea why she has been swept away to a celebration of the winter solstice at the palace of Lugh, a faery deity king. Dressed in a beautiful, golden gown and circlet, she eagerly watches the deities celebrate and dance in the great palace hall.

When Lugh asks her to dance, she sadly declines because she cannot walk. But Lugh merely laughs and whisks her out of her wheelchair. They float to the ceiling and drift through the hall enjoying the festivities. When Lugh kisses Silvinawynn below a sphere of evergreen and mistletoe fashioned by the Green Man, a nature deity, she not only experiences untold happiness, but she and Lugh have launched a new tradition—that of kissing beneath the kissing bough, or mistletoe.

Let me know your reading preference. So, I can send the PDF, Kindle, Epub. You can contact me here or at [email protected]

a young internet celebrity living in Los Angeles. One night a simple drive home turns into a deadly fight for survival. Its a mixture of
the horror and suspense genres.

With the short story releasing on April 14th, I wanted to reach out to see if there was a chance any of you would be interested in reviewing the
story. I have it available in both PDF and .docx formats, and have an official EPK to accompany it as well. I am also available for email
interviews for your respective blog and/or website should you care to do an interview. If there is anything else I can do for you, feel free
to let me know and know as well that I have a YouTube channel that boasts a little over 500 subscribers, and not only would I be happy to
do any video/audio interviews but I'd be happy to promote your blog in one of my videos. If interested please leave an email address for which I can contact you. Thanks so much, and I look forward to hearing your
response.

Nikki Rae | 2 comments Hi! My name is Nikki. I'm an indie author and would love it if you'd consider my book, Animal for review!

It's a New Adult paranormal suspense novel with dark romance elements and it came out on February 28th!

It's considered a spin off/prequel/companion novel to a series I've written, but you do not need to read those books to understand this one. : )

It is 90,000 words.

Here is the synopsis:

Ava has spent her life running from the monsters that lurk in the shadows, always the prey. She finally thinks she can settle down, have a normal life, and not be so scared of the world around her. That is until she runs into her worst nightmare.
He has finally found the potential family he has always wanted. All he has to do is make his little bird sing. Will Ava escape with her humanity intact?

If you're interested, please email me at [email protected]. I don't check my Goodreads mail very often!

I have just completed my second book "The adventures of The Great Marlo & The Blue Pearl and I would love to get reviews but I can only send the E book to you on PDF format
My book is about the tales and adventures of my Grandfather, set back in time from the turn of the century to the recent past, with mysticism, myth and magic.

The story is seen through the eyes of David "The Great Marlo" who left his home in Edinburgh, Scotland at the age of 12 to join a travelling circus where he met Marko a magician who tells him the story of "The Blue Pearl"

"Deep below the surface of Buddha's birthplace in Lumbini lies the sacred Buddha stone which holds the secret of the Blue Pearl! What is the secret that the Blue Pearl possesses?"

My Grandfather later on became well known as an escapologist(the British Houdini) a magician and a performer with mind reading skills with my mother as "The Great Marlo and Georgina"

Hi Jonathan,
Most of the bio is in the book which has already been published, its a combination of the two, although I haven't planned to specifically target teenagers, although I'm sure that would be a good outlet. It would make a great film, if you go under my website http://www.palmistryinhand.com and look under about Gary, it will tell you all about my family.
My book came out at the beg of this year.
If you would like to read it and review it for me that would be great.
Best wishes
Gary

Michael Granger | 7 comments Hello,

I'm here on behalf of the SteadyHealth internet community, which created a dozens of books about healthy living, nutrition and weight loss. We're just about to start a free campaign for our ebooks and would like to share them with you.

Our first book is about a diet pill called Duromine.

You can find it on the following link - http://amzn.to/1Ar7m5p.

It will be free for the next two days. The main advantage of our books is that they are created by real people sharing their real-life experiences. Our members share their doubts and tips about this weight loss pill — unlike those promoting the use of this pill, they provide unbiased peer-to-peer information which will really help people who are considering using Duromine know what the pros and cons are.

We would greatly appreciate your help in our effort to reach people and educate them about the safest weight loss methods. If you are willing, please, leave us a comment on Amazon.

Matt Doyle (mattdoyle)

With overblown visuals, stunning entrances and bloody battles played out in real time by holograms, Spark Forming has become far more than a simple card game. Drawing in fans from across the Colonies, no other sporting event creates a bigger buzz than the annual two day tournament to crown a new Spark Form World Champion. Yet the scramble for the title is not the only source of conflict this year, and for some competitor’s the real battles will take place away from the TV cameras.

What defines a person’s life and dives them to keep moving forward? When a game grows to reflect a society struggling to hang on, are some lives more valid than others? Can an AI ever truly be alive?

Find out in Matt Doyle’s genre bending Slice of Life / Science Fiction series, The Spark Form Chronicles.

As a note, the book is currently only available on Kindle and is enrolled in Kindle Unlimited. If anyone would be interested in doing a review, please do drop me a line at [email protected] and I can send a review copy if needed.

My thanks

WICK
