Blakely (bchorpenning) | 8 comments Hello,

A local small-business pizza restaurant (run by my friends) in my NC town would love to support indie authors. If any indie author wishes to donate a paper copy of your book to the business' new indie library, it will be offered for free to patrons. In exchange, patrons will -through the honor system- read and write an online review. Of course, the tone of the review is up to the reader as there is no guarantee for a positive review. (It will also be suggested that they return the books to the restaurant's library when finished for further review opportunities by future patrons.) All genres are welcome except erotica. Books will not be returned to authors. Donating our books is always a gamble, but I plan to donate a copy of mine. If you are interested and would like specifics (such as the business, its location, and Facebook page), you can send me a message on goodreads or email me at [email protected]. Thank you so much for considering being a part of my community's free library. And please pass along this message to anyone who may wish to participate. Thank you! And I wish everyone luck with your ventures.

Brian Burt | 1 comments I'm seeking folks who would be interested in reading and reviewing a new cli-fi (Climate Fiction) SF novel, Aquarius Rising: Blood Tide. This is Book 2 in a trilogy; Book 1, Aquarius Rising: In the Tears of God, won the 2014 EPIC eBook Award for Science Fiction.

If you're interested, please message me. I'll be happy to gift you an eBook copy from the online bookseller of your choice (Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Apple iBooks, Kobo, etc.). I'd even be willing to gift a prospective reviewer both novels in the trilogy (so far) if they're sincerely interested.

Here's a brief synopsis of the novel to provide more context.

Megalops is an Aquarian from one of the many reef-cities that thrive beneath the waves on an Earth transformed by climate change. Humans clinging to the barren lands blame Aquarius for their plight and unleashed the Medusa Plague that entombed Megalops's wife and daughter in stone. Tormented by that loss, Megalops swears to avenge his murdered family by unleashing a Vendetta Virus as cruel and lethal as Medusa. Ocypode the Atavism and his allies battle desperate odds to prevent Megalops from igniting global conflict. War demands sacrifice. If Mother Earth and Mother Ocean wage war against each other, will anyone survive?

This novel has been favorably reviewed by Midwest Book Review and received 4 of 4 stars from Online Book Club.

Stacy Juba | 7 comments If anyone has room in their blog schedules this fall, I am seeking bloggers to host my book tours for my new chick lit sweet romance Fooling Around With Cinderella. I am working with two blog tour companies and signup details are below.

November 6 - host a book spotlight and excerpt. Magic of Books Promotion will supply you with the information when it gets closer. All bloggers will be entered into a drawing for a glass slipper necklace with lots of bling. Signups here: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1AqbL...

What happens when the glass slippers pinch Cinderella’s toes? When Jaine Andersen proposes a new marketing role to the local amusement park, general manager Dylan Callahan charms her into filling Cinderella’s glass slippers for the summer. Her reign transforms Jaine’s ordinary life into chaos that would bewilder a fairy godmother. Secretly dating her bad boy boss, running wedding errands for her ungrateful sisters, and defending herself from the park’s resident villain means Jaine needs lots more than a comfy pair of shoes to restore order in her kingdom. First in the Storybook Valley series, a blend of sweet romance, chick lit, and fairy tale fun.

Or December 7 - host a book spotlight and excerpt, with option to review an advance reading copy, with information supplied to you by Tasty Book Tours. You will also be offering your followers a chance to win a rose quartz Cinderella themed bracelet; and bloggers will be entered into a drawing for the same bracelet. Signups here: http://www.tastybooktours.com/2015/10...

3. If you are looking for easy blog content in December, you're also welcome to participate in the Glass Slipper Sisters tour - 15 authors of Cinderella romance are going on tour together in December leading up to a Stroke of Midnight princess giveaway launching on New Year's Eve and the release of The Cinderella Treasure Trove, a sampler of excerpts, Cinderella recipes, and party tips. This tour is a bigger time commitment as it involves 15 mini book blitzes in addition to the giveaway post, but if you are looking to fill up your blog in December with some easy posts during the busy holiday season, then signup is here. https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1SgHO...

I will happily send a PDF version of the story for a review. I will be working on a blog and twitter over the next few weeks and will promote each blog that posts a review.

My story is titled: All for Addy. It is a first person POV about a father trying to keep is family safe in the face of a cataclysmic meteor. It is a bit of a tear jerker and I'm really excited about it.

Sandra Goodall | 1 comments Hi there!

The First Bad Thing (CC Maxwell Book 1) by Sandra Goodall

I am looking for reviewers for my book The First Bad Thing a cozy, chick lit mystery. Here is a brief description:

CC Maxwell was between careers and looking for something to do with her free time when Luke Ralston, a local private eye, asked her if she wanted to see his gun. This chance and somewhat seductive encounter lead to her new career as an office assistant and junior detective in training. When one of her neighbors Cheryl turns up dead, CC is determined to find the killer, even though she isn't Cheryl's biggest fan. Helping with the investigation means risking friendships, putting her marriage on shaky ground and maybe even her life.

CC must balance her desire for an exciting new career with her lust for Luke. As exciting as a fling might be, Cheryl's murder gives CC a glimpse into how can adultery destroys lives and it can even lead to murder. Can CC stay faithful to her husband and continue to work with Luke without compromising her marriage? Can she catch the murderer or will she become the next victim?

If you are interested in reading, I'd be happy to send you a .mobi, pdf, or epub file.

Thanks!

Sandra

The story is based on my father and the damaging abuse to this family and how it affected us. It's told from my viewpoint and everyday life with my father. I talk about when my parents were dating and their marriage and what my childhood was like and as I grew into an adult.

Story Description:
A monster lurks behind closed doors, And the family who lives with it has to suffer under its terrifying gaze. But this monster doesn't have claws and hide under your bed, This monster walks around during the day and shockingly looks like a man. And that man is husband and a father to the family that he torments.

A heartbreaking story about everyday life as a family suffers from the abuse, His daughters feel they are unwanted and a wife who's taken for granted as they are attacked. After befriending Ethan Longbow - a classmate who's about as street as a satsuma - Lot's insecurities start to peel away, an angry volcano begins to pulsate, and Lot Nobody goes toe-to-toe with the dastardly megalomaniac Hector Shady.

Lot must now face his anxieties, save his new island friends, and discover why the hell his bum has been so itchy ...

Katie Coalson | 1 comments Hi everyone! I just recently helped publish an Autobiography about Art Smith, an aviation pioneer who built his own plane at a young age and became one of the first successful flight performers. It's a great inspirational story about how hard work, determination, and starting again after failure can lead to achieving your dreams. It's a fairly short book, great read, and has interesting info on the history of airplanes.

I just recently published the book on Amazon and we don't have any reviews yet! I would love to give a copy of the book to anyone interested in reviewing. Please email me at [email protected]

message 365: by Torie (new)

Torie Grace | 1 comments Hi everyone!
I'am looking for a few reviews. If interested please pick any one that takes your interest. If you are also an Author Im happy to read and review your book also.

All my books , even the ones in a series, are standalones, no cliffhangers. They are all 18+ as they contain explicit sex scenes.

The Poison Series – currently 3 books . This is set around an Exclusive BDSM Club that most of the Doms are Law enforcement, Military or Agents. There are elements of suspense etc. Book 1 is M/F Book 2 is M/F/M Book 3 is M/F. Book lengths are between 25,000 and 31,000 words.

The Nevermore Series – Currently one book M/F (more coming soon) 30,000 words. This series is set in the mountain town of Nevermore, WY. The town has an obsession with Hockey and everyone who lives there is Kinky. You would think a small mountain town would be peaceful and drama free. But, it’s not. Love is never easy, and in Nevermore; Kinky love is harder still.

The Possessive Collection - Currently 2 books. (more coming soon, Including Demon) M/F Each book is standalone and not related to each other in their storylines. They are published under the ‘Possessive Collection’ title so that readers can quickly identify my books that share the genre of Dark/Taboo Romance. This series are about dangerous main male characters with the female heroines becoming the object of their obsessions. Book one is 24,000 words. Mountain man. Book Two is 65,000 words. Underground Fighter (death matches)

Dark Ice Collection – Currently one book. M/F (more coming soon) Each book is standalone and not related to each other in their storylines. They are published under the ‘Possessive Collection’ title so that readers can quickly identify my books that share the genre of Dark/Taboo Romance. Book one is 24,000 words. M/F. This Collection revolves around Main Male characters that are Professional Hockey Players that have very dark sides. And the female heroine becomes the object of their obsession.

Note on Possessive and Dark Ice collection. Although I put them in the “Dark/Taboo” genre, there isn’t any seriously graphic scenes in there. For example, there isn’t “Rape” it is more dubious consent. In both these Collections the main male character does kidnap and hold captive the female heroine however the violence isn’t over the top. All of these are HEA.

All books are available in digital format only. They are live on Amazon (globally) Kobo, Barnes and Noble (Nook) and Google Play/books. I do not have any of them on Kindle unlimited and do not plan to as of yet.

If you are interested in helping me out please email me at [email protected]

Please tell me which format you would prefer them in. Mobi, epub, PDF. Sorry, I can't send out print copies, so digital only.

Thank you so much for your help :)
Torie

Lutz Barz (almostvoid) | 6 comments I was just going to post reviews I collected over the year and post them at my amazon page and found I could not. Because I have to spend $50 in the last year at their site before I can post reviews. Therefore if those who are interested in these reviews, they can go to my website at: https://www.novacoma.au
However you may have a tiny problem. It will be under maintenance in the early part of August when my web designer gets some updates done. $50 for the privilege of posting a review. Is Amazon that desperate to survive because it leaves a negative charge in one's memory.
