Okay, not to objectify men for a moment, but how do you prefer your fantasy hero?

Some muscles on that beef?


Or do you like slim, with definition?


Or are you really good at picturing the body type the way the author writes them?

Not a really big fan of really muscular men. I prefer the slender (not skinny) but well toned and defined type.

I definitely prefer the slim with definition. I think I've heard it referred as a swimmers build in the past. Whatever # 2 is, is what I prefer. Thanks for the pic!

While I do prefer pic#2, I think he could use a bit more in the waist. He's too thin.

With these two picks, I'd chose the 2nd guy... he is so hot!! But my fantasy hero is normally a little bigger - but not ripped, the muscles need to look proportional/normal.. not like he was cut from marble. I like'em big, rugged, athletic looking... but with a boyish appeal when he smiles. He must be tall (6'1 to 6'3), darker hair (light brown to black), late 20's to late 30's, and a light dusting of hair on the chest and a fine trail going down... :D Oh I'm getting carried away, lol. That's my perfect hero, but I'm usually good at picturing the hero as described by the author.

I always picture my heroes with a body like The Rock. I've had the hots for him since freakin 8th grade, I had pics of him all over my walls and notebooks, shirts with his mug on 'em. I just love the big strong look of him, a guy like that would make even large old me feel small and protected. He's muscular without being like overly muscular like this guy (view spoiler)[ (hide spoiler)]

I like "The Rock" too; he looks good in a suit, which is unusual for some guys with that much muscle. I always thought he'd make a good hero in one of Kresley Cole's IAD hunks.

This guy is a little to "angelic" looking for me. Kinda thought he would be perfect for Mary Balogh's hero in .

For me, this guy has just about the perfect body. Love that jaw too. Though I prefer my men with darker hair. Still...wow!!!

This gentleman, unfortunately, has passed away. Matthew Jett Schaeffer was a pilot as well as a model. Gorgeous! I understand he was as beautiful inside as out.

I gotta have the dark hair, not into the blondes, though when I was young and innocent, I liked the blondes, but ever since I grew up it's the dark that does it for me.
