I'm not sure what it is. All I know is, it increases your numbers on Amazon. I think it's sorta like when you push the 'like' button on Facebook.

Can someone give us a hint?

On Amazon, there's a little 'like' button under the title, author name, etc, right next to the book cover. Just make sure you're signed in, click that button, and you've liked someone. To tag, go down further on the page, past the reviews, author bio, and other recommended reads. You'll find a section titled Tags Customers Associate with This Product or something like that. Then there will be a list of tags under that heading, and you just click on the little boxes next to each tag, and the numbers will increase by one, of course. Hope that explains it!
