It's been about a decade since I read it, but "grace of God" wasn't really the term that came to mind. More like "guilt-tripping". Still liked it though - it's about a demon writing letters; pretty cool stuff :)

No, it's believing that it's possible there's a god, but not believing in any religion (at least for me). So no actual "belief" as it's commonly understood, but rather admitting I don't know.

The End of Mr Y is a bit raunchy in parts. On the whole Perfume is more sensual, but I wouldn't describe it as sexy.
