if you put the number in ISBN 10 field, GR machine will only save the first ten number.
as for the other questions, i'll leave them for the more knowledgeable.:)
actually btw, i have the same book with different ISBN in my to read list:
http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/86...
:)

Could someone delete the edition I created or combine it with the one that has the proper ISBN? I'll switch my shelved edition to the proper place. Sorry for the trouble.
Nenangs, it's one of my favorites! I hope you enjoy it. Here's a site that has pictures and info of the "anonymous" author, Fynn. http://www.finchden.com/sgh/

ah...your endorsement and your link persuade me to read this book immediately. :)
thanks!
I have a copy of Mister God, This Is Anna by Fynn. The ISBN number listed in the book is 345-25154-7-175. This is the way it's listed in the book, with those 12 digits. I've checked over and over for typos or something, but it's listed that way on the copyright page as well as on the spine of the book. Why would it have a 12 digit ISBN?
When I searched Goodreads for the book, searching by ISBN, nothing came up so I added the book (http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/11...) . There are other editions of the book listed, but none with this exact number. However, when I added the number, it shortened it to 345-25154-71. I don't know why it shortened the number.
Also, one of the other editions listed has a very similar ISBN number, listed as 0345251547 and an ISBN 13 listed as 9780345251541. (http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/82...)
I guess what I'm asking is should I have added this edition? How do I make sure the info I've added is correct when the ISBN number printed in my book is changed when I add it to the site? Is the number on the other edition incorrect? I'm rather confused, if you can't tell.
Thanks for your help. Sorry for being super nit-picky. I like my numbers to match!
