George Bernstein (suspenseguy) | 97 comments Detective Al Warner is back, chasing villains. The 3rd in his suspense series, THE PROM DRESS KILLER, was just released on July 18. It already has one 5-Star review posted on its Amazon site, and the Florida Weekly book editor did a half-page review, extolling my plot, characters and voice. It's available in both print and e-book at:
https://www.amazon.com/Prom-Dress-Kil...

I'll be doing a talk and book signing at the Murder on the Beach book store in DelRay Beach, FL on August 4 @ 7 pm for anyone interested. There'll be wine an chocolates, and a chance to buy the 3-book Warner series at a packaged price. Hope to see some of you locals there.

George Bernstein (suspenseguy) | 97 comments Great review of THE PROM DRESS KILLER, the 3rd of my Detective Al Warner novels, from the book editor of Florida Weekly:
http://fortmyers.floridaweekly.com/ne...
The first in the series, DEATH'S ANGEL, was reviewed by the Midwest Book Review as "A masterfully crafted suspense thriller from beginning to end. Highly recommended." That one is also available now as an audio.

George Bernstein (suspenseguy) | 97 comments I am going to be interviewed live about my new Detective Al Warner novel, The Prom Dress Killer, on two podcasts next week. So far, The Prom Dress Killer has received great reviews, with about a half page "highly recommended" from the book editor of Florida Weekly.

And Future (mostly) Mystery Magazine reviewer, who is a forensic psychopathologist, wrote: "
THE PROM DRESS KILLER is look at how a serial killer is evaluated and then hunted. It is an intriguing and fascinating read. Enjoyable. On a scale of 1 to 5, I give it a 4.5.

Dr. Cynthia Lea Clark, Psy.D., Ph.D., MHt., Diplomate Homeland Security"

It's for sale on Amazon, both in print and Kindle, and "unlimited" members can get it free. Here's the Amazon link:

https://www.amazon.com/Prom-Dress-Kil...

The links for the two podcasts are:

Interesting post, Ronald. Illustrates the wonderful things we can learn about the people around us if we just talk to them instead of taking them for granted. She might turn up in a story at some point.

Janet Nitsick (janetnitsick) | 37 comments As usual when all these mishaps happened this Friday the 13th, it was not funny. However, in retrospect, though, it reminds you a lost of Chubby Chase's Christmas Vacation, especially when my husband's car got stuck on the parking barrier.
So if you like that, you will love reading this blog post about what occurred Friday, April 13, 2018. Here it is https://janetsyasnitsick.wordpress.co...
