Marja McGraw (marja1) | 569 comments When a new book comes out, how does an author determine what the next story will involve? Marilyn Meredith is visiting Marja's Mystery Blog today at http://blog.marjamcgraw.com/ and that's what she'll discuss. Please stop in and visit, and leave a comment if you have a moment.

Judy Clemens (judyclemens) Hi, folks! The blog I'm a part of is a whole group of authors who write for Poisoned Pen Press. Each day is a different PPP author, with the last few days of each month reserved for special guests. The topics range from book stuff to people's gardens to stories about their personal lives. Today is my day (always the 7th of the month) and I'm talking about what makes people love their jobs -- and discussing both of mine. If you're interested, come on over. We'd love to have you join the fun! http://www.poisonedpenpress.com/take-...

Contrary to popular belief, I see the brain working together, combining and overlaying its creative and analytical functions in every task. There are compositional problems to resolve, and color combination methods to gauge when you are painting a picture, at the same time that you are chasing your muse. The same is true for...

Marja McGraw (marja1) | 569 comments Since I've gone back to work and my hours are pretty erratic, I wanted to announce that the Mystery We Write Blog Tour will begin on Monday, April 16th at http://www.marjamcgraw.com/ . There will be a new blog every two days except for April 20th when it will be a one-day blog, and it will run through April 27th. You'll have a chance to meet seven terrific authors, and at the end of the tour there will be a book giveaway.

The location of my guest blog will be listed at the top of the guest blog on my blog page. I hope you can stop by because you won't want to miss any of these wonderful writers. (I also hope this post isn't confusing.)

Thank you.

Monica T. Rodriguez (monicatrodriguez) My blog, Monica T. Rodriguez: A Writer's Source, is about 6 or 7 months old now, though I still don't have much traffic. Probably because I only post every 1 to 2 weeks. I try to keep my focus on my writing, rather than blogging.

I blog on publishing news, especially on self-publishing, editing tips, and research resources for the writer. I also add book reviews I write through GoodReads. Please do stop by.

Barbara Rogan (barbararogan) | 33 comments I am just about to start a blog, after considerable internal resistance. There are so many writers blogs, after all, and I wondered if I wouldn't be better off spending the time writing books instead. But I gradually became convinced that I do in fact have something to contribute, having been an agent and an editor as well as a writer. I'd be interested in hearing from the long-time bloggers here about any tips or advice or hard-earned wisdom you can share about blogging. How often do you need to blog to keep readers coming back? How do you find topics and keep it fresh? And all the other stuff I don't know enough to ask... Thanks!

Edward Jamieson (edwardjamieson) | 20 comments Hi.
I'm presenting you my new book "What Women Think About"

It is known that women and men think different. Women's thoughts don't belong to the man's world.

In this book you can find out women's thought.

The most interesting thing is that how the woman has been described in the book, she remains a woman and doesn't change her mission and has even dreams at different age the identical.

The interesting, amusing idea telling all truth about women.

Joseph (jazzman) I'm a helluva writer and old enough to be interesting. I'm also the idiot for whom they wrote that book, The Idiot's Guide to Computers.
The point of which is this: I've started a blog on goodreads.com which I believe is also available on facebook and my website.I know it's somewhere in cyber space. If you have nothing else to do(and I mean nothing!) you may find it interesting. Best.
