Chicks On Lit discussion

Anyone interested in doing a buddy read of the entire series? I've already started the first one but I'm not finished with it yet and I'm willing wait for the 2nd if someone has to start from the beginning.

I just picked up the first one yesterday. I'm hoping that I can read it... all they had was the mass-market paperback... which I absolutely hate.

Why don't we start discussion of Book 1 on July 1? That would give time for everyone to get a good head start even if they are not finished. I'll set up chapter outlines in a few days.

tecnically, the book doesn't have chapters :) I am on p 60 or the first Arya pov.

I'm going to be re-reading these to refresh my memory for the A Dance with Dragons release, so I'll probably join in a bit.

I don't think I will reread them all before Dance of Dragons. I retain a great deal even if it has been awhile.

I may join you guys I picked up the book at Walmart and it was 798 pages and I said Whoa.. This is one for my Nook. I haven't seen it on HBO so its all new to me.

Yes, the book is long but it is fast paced after the first pov or so.
