The Hengis Hapthorn series by Matthew Hughes depicts the end of an age of advanced technology and the resurgence of magic.

How about The Witches of Karres?

I assume you are not including books set in our world?

There's the whole Shadowrun series, in which magic returns to the Earth after a 5000 year absence.

Marc, they're good books, but I always preferred playing Shadowrun :)
