B&N Nook Color & Tablet Users discussion

Anyone having issues clearing your shop history since the new software update? I have tried multiple times to clear within settings to no avail. Called customer support and they said try it then turn it off for a while and it should clear...NO LUCK! Anyone else experience this? What did you do?
