Goodreads Librarians Group discussion

Caught a user spamming, name: Novellrecover. Check the books he/she is adding - they are placeholders for links. I already deleted one of them, but left the other one for reference.

Questions: How to deal with people like that in the future? Is there a "report spam / violation" feature in the works? What about the "authors" of those "books" - is there a way to delete an author with no books present?

Peter, Well, you can send a link to any suspect profiles to the contact us link at the bottom of Goodreads' pages. That will alert Goodreads, and they have a superb track record of deleting spammer "members."
