OK where are the possible shelves listed? Last time I had a list of what might be called so I could look and make a list of books I had already that were on the applicable shelves. But I can't find the old rounds to look up the possible shelf names.

(I found my teams bingo card from the last one in my comments sectio-I'll go through those shelves to start with).

I don't think Steph has done potential shelves as yet. This round doesn't start until the 24th.

Mary, if you have a pile of to-read books look at what categories they would fit under - vampire, angel, demon, witch, dragon, science fiction, fantasy, paranormal romance - a lot of books fit into more than 1 category so there's plenty of books to choose from. Hopefully, you'll have some readily available. I use these games to read some of the free books I have downloaded.

Mary, if you really want to look, they will be in Archives. Go to the bottom of the threads where it says "more discussions", then go to Archives which is near the bottom and go searching.

I just want to make a list of possible book options from my TBR. I'm doing an erotica challenge on paperbackswap for actual book credits. So I wanted to put aside ones that might work for a shelf that might be called. Then I can use it for both.

Oh well... dang RL getting in the way :D I will be anxiously waiting to be called up from the bench if needed.

Mary - I'm a member on paperbackswap and I didn't know they did book challenges. How do they work and how to do you find them on the site?

Sarah - the book challenges on PBS are few and far between. They are found in the Games forum.

I just finished a PnR/UF challenge. Came in 3rd place for number of different authors read, so I got my credit back. Our own Ming won first place in one of the categories - I think it was most points. She is a reading machine!!! Love it when she sends me her cast-offs....

The Erotica Challenge is called something like 69 days of Smut. Tami is hosting it. I haven't been reading as much erotica lately, so I didn't sign up this time.

That's really cool that they have challenges and forums, I didn't really look at the site that much except for trying to find books. LOL I'll pay more attention now.

They have them in the Games Forum. I'm on most of the PM lists from the regular gamers so I usually get a PM when a new game or challenge is starting. There's also a Cozy Challenge going which I would have done if not for the erotica one. I have yet to come acrossa an erotic cozy.

I think the erotica challenge is still taking sign ups. It starts 7/17 (I think). You can get pts for non-erotica books but not as many as erotic books.

D.G. frequently hosts challenges involving WL books and series books. She changes it up each time as to how the pts work. They're pretty fun.

Sometimes I win credits, sometimes I don't.

The challenges usually cost a credit to join which you may not get back unless you win something.

I hate to see people interested in playing, but no empty spaces. So, if we get one more person who's interested, and everyone on the standby list would like to play, I'll add one more team. :)
