I heard many opinions about this book, but it was very good to me. I loved the story and the characters were good. I did not think it was better than my sister`s keeper or House Rules, but I loved it.

I first read Jodi Picoult when I came across The Pact at the library and it was love at the first page. I then read her books as they were published going back and reading her first book Songs of the Humpback Whale which I really enjoyed. But somewhere along the line I found that her books were more and more miserable and I skipped My Sister's Keeper, Vanished, starting up with her book The Tenth Circle which I disliked, Change of Heart-didn't like House Rules - again not my cuppa and the saddest of all Handle with Care. I thought that might be it but recently I read
Sing for You which I loved.

BTW - I met Jodi at a reading in New Jersey and will always remember when she said two of her favorite writers arte Luanne Rice (love her books) and Alice Hoffman(love her books. And Jodi is darling.

I thought it was a pretty good read. There are only a couple of her books that I don't like. Her favorite of mine is "The Pact."

I have most of Jodi's books because my grandma gives them to me when she finishes and I randomly chose Perfect Match to read one day even though I hadn't heard anything about it. I actually liked it too! It definitely had some shocking part that I was not expecting at all. I was surprised that I hadn't heard about the book from anyone else.

This was the second of JPs books I've read and it is my favorite. My only wish is that I would have chosen it for my book club as it would have elicited an excellent discussion!

This is the first JP book that I read.. I enjoyed it...

This was my first Jodi Picoult book and it still holds #2 on my favorites of hers (Salem Falls was a little better for me)

Boy were there twists and turns in this one. At the end however,I did not think the husband would have done what he did even given the justification. I also wondered why the mother would continue to believe that each suspect was the quilty one. It was, inspite of all that, a page turning thriller.
