Mysti, what sort of length are you looking for? 2 to 3 lines or 200-300 words or something?

Tell you what, finding something short, representative and spoiler-free is proving a work of art!

Well, that's my best effort - all the rest was too irrelevant if you haven't read it or gave away too much! Great idea for a competition though.

I've gotten about 20 entries so far, and I've chosen my hubby as the impartial judge since I'm familiar with a lot of these snippets. :) After the contest ends on August 5, he'll choose 10 finalists and voting will begin.

Until then, send in your entries! To submit, head to my blog and use the feedback link at the top right on my sidebar. That makes it easy for me to find them and move them from my inbox to the contest folder in Yahoo.
