Please note: It only seems to be available for Kindle at Amazon, and for Nook at Barnes & Noble. I didn't see other formats offered.

Since I aready have an amazon account, and they have my Credit Card info, I had no trouble getting the book. I only had to change my location to the USA...
Well I managed to gedt it in the end, but after all that it sounds boring!
