Eva-Marie Nevarez (evamarie3578) | 753 comments Hi, quick question. I think I know what policy states but myself and another librarian are wondering about this and we want to make sure it's correct.
With this book it seems that the title is shown two ways, as 'fuck' and 'f**k'. On the book itself, the word (which is hard to see in the pic because of the lighting) the word is shown in full with the mood slightly covering the letters. There aren't any asterisks.
Right now, on GR, it's obviously 'f**k' and we're wondering if this is correct. My thought was that it should be as shown on the cover if nothing else.
?

Chuck | 51 comments good question, I'm curious as to the answer as well as some books do have such words in the title.

Vicky (librovert) | 2462 comments WorldCat (which is my normal go to) shows mostly 'fuck' but a few entries are 'f**k.' The publisher lists it as Go the Fuck to Sleep, the book website has "Go the Fuck to Sleep" in the title bar, and the author's site says "Go the Fuck to Sleep," so I'd go with that.

Eva-Marie Nevarez (evamarie3578) | 753 comments That's what I thought also. I'll go ahead to the listing to see if anyone has edited it since I posted.
I personally think it should be shown as you have above since that's mostly how I see it elsewhere and that is how it's shown in the cover.
I personally like GR's attitude toward language on the site. Thanks Vicky!
