yes Geoff you need to drag a few of the men into it. Although with my throat I sound more like a man at the moment! I might join in if I'm not trying to sleep off my cold at 7 - and my throat can cope with the talking.

We were on until 9pm last week so there's no harm in checking in late.

I'll be there tonight. Simon said a couple days ago that he hopes to as well. Said he first needs to try to pry a cat off the laptop or something, though...

ok ok i'll do my best. My pals back home say i've got really scottish sounding but i dont think so except for words with tt in them i used to pronouce that as dd like budder instead of butter but now it just like the tt isn't there blending from bu to er kinda like bah-er.

I'll happily do it again if you'll have me again, it's funny to hear people's voices :) despite the echoing. Was a bit worried it might be me that's why I didn't talk so much, and I wasn't sure you could hear me either.
Nevermind, practice makes perfect!

Hope we have better luck next time. It was much better last time when there were no echos and squeaks...lol.

Sorry I had to give it a miss tonight. By the time I was home and had something to eat it was 8 and I was exhausted. Then just when I was thinking of joining in a friend rang from England seriously upset and needing to talk. 50 minutes later she was at least able to chat normally and laugh. But maybe next week...

I'm disappointed I missed Skype as well but it was lovely catching up with family stuff and giggling with my mom.

Really enjoyed last night ! Got to nurse my voice so that it gets back to normal by next week though, if it's anything like this morning you won't hear me much !

Yea but Geoff, it was as great listening to you as it was talking to you :) Your voice comes out really clear and it's made it really easy for me (apart from the echoeees) to come through. Did you manage to hear me alright though, apart from the technical bits, Dragon seems to catch what I say, but I didn't really know where to put the microphone so it didn't appear like I was shouting in it lol!

No, you came through really clearly, when Skype allowed it. Your english is excellent. I wish I could speak French, or any foreign language for that matter.
