1 - The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe by C.S. Lewis
Option 1 & Option B (author is deceased) - if I wrote a book, I would choose to write something in the children's fantasy genre, especially a story where a normal child is magically whisked into an entirely different world because that was my very favorite thing to imagine happening to me when I was a kid.

2 - Prince Caspian by C.S. Lewis
Option 2 & Option E (Author uses Initials instead of first and/or middle name) - The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe was the first 'chapter' book I ever read all by myself as a child and it continues to be an old favorite for that reason especially. I like to reread the series every few years so I love that this task has allowed me to fit in the first two. :)
