Janet Berkman (jannie_b) Repost

My apologies. The following tasks had problems due to transcription from my records to the post.

10.6 - Big Game Hunter

I linked to the wrong edition. The edition I read is:

The Calling by Inger Ash Wolf - 400 pages

30.2 - Unique Fall Holidays

Rapture in Death by J.D. Robb - 294 pages

1E: I would choose to write a mystery novel. Author goes by initials "JD".

I used the wrong option for the second book. It should have been 6A

Have Your Cake and Kill Him Too by Goodreads author Nancy Martin - 272 pages

6A: Book contains a dessert - cake. Martin is a Goodreads Author.

Corrected total should be 580 points (before my last post.)

Kristina Simon (kristinasimon) | 11206 comments 30.2 Cheryl TX/Lori BNPL’s task: Unique Fall Holidays

Option 2 - Book Lover’s Day: Some of my favorite books are the "In Death" series by J.D. Robb. I'm slowly making my way through the series. Before this challenge, Judgment in Death (book #11) was my favorite. For this challenge, I read Imitation in Death (book #17) which has become my new favorite ;-). The book fits criteria E because the author uses initials.

Option 5 - National Adoption Day: I read Beaglemania by Linda O. Johnston which is about a no-kill animal shelter that rescues all kinds of animals (in this first book of the series, animals are specifically rescued from puppy mills and dog fighting rings). Beaglemania (Pet Rescue Mystery, #1) by Linda O. Johnston fits criteria I (animal on the cover) since there are several beagles on the cover.
