I keep getting an error page when I try to manually add a book. I get

page unavailable

An unexpected error occurred. We will investigate this problem as soon as possible — please check back soon!

Is anyone else having this problem? I've tried different browsers (Firefox & Safari). Any other suggestions?

It works now. I was able to add a book.
