The Twilight Saga discussion

So, I have read Twilight, New Moon, Eclipse, Breaking Dawn and The Short Second Life of Bree Tanner :) but not yet the Guide.. I am not sure if this one will ruin the magic of the rest of the books or will add interesting details and more stories about the world S.Meyer created! What do you think? :)

I think it adds so much to the books. It has the backstories of many of the vamps and it contains a map of the Cullen house and so many great details! I definitely believe it adds to the story.

personally i didn't like it! i thought it was a little bit boring and went over alot of the things i already knew! :(

Although I haven't read it yet, I do know that it does go into great detail about the world. If you are one who wants to know those details, then this is your book. But if you like a little mystery, then maybe this one isn't for you.

It is set up in a very factual format, so the details are eady to find and learn. I like that part of it.

I like it because it has pictures of the charecters, houses, cars, and other things. it also has charecter bios and info on why the chareceters have the cars that they do.

At the begging there is a great interview with the author about how twilight began, and some other info and also a secton that tells you what songs inspired chapters of the book

And if you want to read over your favorite part, for example Bella's first date, the book tells you what main things happens in each chapter for each book which is very helpful

And the most famous quotes of everyone and info on both Vampires and werewolves for info if your interested in learning more about them

it also has pictures of the covers from diffrent places and some fan art pictures

But it depends not every twilight fan is going to want to have a copy, my advice would to be to flip though it at the book store or check it out from the libaray, if the libaray near you has it, so that you can decide if you would like to own it

it gave a lot of chacters their back stories

It adds a lot to the character's stories. It's really interesting :D I was worried it would be a waste of $50, but it was really enjoyable.

Read it Read it Read it!! You get so much information from it and also all those annoying questions you ever had about it are answered by Meyer herself. I loved this guide and thought it was a great addition to the series.

I also found all the background info on the charactors enjoyable and also useful in understanding some of the charactors who's storys were never really told.

I liked it but is was really just a collection of information that with a little bit of effort you could find, albeit scattered, online for free.
