Hey guys! I am Chloe, I recently got into romance and I have read a few books with it. I am mainly a YA reader though. Anyway, have a great day!

High I am a 20 year poet and self published author, now I look for enthusiastic and eclectic readers. Though my main focus is motivational style writing. I have written my latest entry on LOVE, I find this hardest subject to promote, as it was the hardest one I’ve written to date.

But I hear this is a great place to start and get feedback, I would love to share PDF’s or snippets for feedback.

I've opened this account in 2023 but only this January started seriously reading again and keeping track of my books. I work as an economics researcher and reading romance recently has been my way to destress and relax.

My favorite romance subgenres are contemporary and historical but I've also been gravitating towards mafia, mc, and sports. Recently, I am exploring romantasy and I've discovered a lot of books that I've added to my TBR.

I am active on GR and love getting recommendations. Also looking forward to meeting new bookish friends.

Hey Michelle - you will definitely fit in! We have a very broad romance reader base, with readers covering pretty much every romance genre you can think of! Because the challenges are so broad, readers are rarely trapped into a specific genre ~ so everything goes :)

Welcome zsyree! I totally understand the stress element - nothing beats getting away from it all with a good (low stress) book! Enjoy trawling those shelves ~ and jump into the challenges as that is such a great way to get to know others :)

I’m Emiko and I just self-published my very first short story on Kindle.

It’s called “The Red Scarf I Forgot to Return”, and honestly… I still can’t believe I clicked “publish.” I’ve been writing in notebooks and phone notes for years, too scared to show anyone. This is the first story I ever completed and gave to the world even though I felt small while doing it.

It’s a soft, poetic winter romance. The kind where:
a boy falls in love through shared books and candy rituals,
a girl leaves without a goodbye but forgets her red scarf,
and 10 winters later, love returns with daffodils.


It's quiet. It's slow. It’s not dramatic or spicy just gentle, like warm tea ☕ and soft snow.

I don’t have a following. I don’t know how to market.
I just know that this story was my way of healing something, and I’m hoping someone out there might find warmth in it too.
