Katz Nancy from NJ (nancyk18) You're welcome, Cris.

Another book I would recommend is The Book Thief. Very poignant with a real interesting narrator.

Dick Peterson (dickpeterson) I'm just about to finish up A Real Piece of Work by Chris Orcutt. It is the first book in his Dakota Stevens Mystery series. I've enjoyed this detective's detective brought to life by a writer's writer.

How was War horse? I've heard so many different opinions that I don't know whether I want to see it or not.

message 200: by Nancy from NJ (new)

Katz Nancy from NJ (nancyk18) I saw the live show and thought it was spectacular. While I could have lived without the visual effects of the war, the horses were spectacular as was the whole production. When you watched the horses you almost forgot that they were basically puppets.
