Thirteen Days to Midnight discussion

This is a great book. It really made me think... I think I would want to have the power to control time - fast forward, pause, and rewind. I would like to see my past and future and it would be pretty awesome if I could just pause time. This would be an awesome power.

i think my superpower would be the ability to acquire and retain talent at will... like, be amazing at singing if i wanted to be, or call for speed only when i'm in danger. and this WAS a pretty good book.

The power to steal other powers!

The power I would want is to see how the future would be based on choices I have or haven't made or events that have or haven't occured. Like the ability to say, "What would the future look like if this event/choice (has or has not) occured/been made?" or "What would the future look like if I did this or that?"

To detect illness and be able to heal it in both myself and others.

How about the power to be ones own self. Uniqueness can be interpreted into many different skills and not those that come willfully with a superpower. If you want to help people, then do so with the knowledge that even if you don't get the recognition that others get, you are doing good. If you work hard, you can make wishes become reality.
