Are there Vampire Hunters?

Clarence was pretty convinced that vampire hunters killed his daughter but that was proven false at the end of Bloodlines. However RM has said in a spoiler type talk about The Golden Lily that the vamp hunters may be more real than everybody thinks.
What do you guys think? There have been prenty of movies and books that show humans standing up to superhuman bloodsuckers.
Will we see them in the Bloodlines series?

I think there will be! The only things not in this series are werewolves (thankgod) and Vampire hunters,
