Welcome to the moderating gang Judy!! And thanks everyone, sad to not be as involved with the group as I used to be. I will be lurking in the background - Janice and Judy if you need help with anything give me a shout. I'll join in with the monthly reads when I can so I have no plans to disappear completely. Who would have thought that I started this group just to get a book recommendation!

Congrats to Judy (and thanks). Janice, Jenny and Judy you've all already played a big part in my experience(s) with this group - thanks so much for your involvement! Judy you are going to be great!

Now that we're so very international, I wonder... for some reason it bothers me a little when I see the group description and it lists our location as the United Kingdom. I totally respect that Jenny is from there, but w/ Janice being from Canada and now Judy in the US, could the location maybe be changed to blank or worldwide? Thanks for considering it!

It certainly appears that way. :)

I will edit the location to something more descriptive of our global community.

I wanted to change it to say "International", but you are limited to a picklist. For now, I've changed it to "United States" since I think the majority of members are from there.

I'm going to put in a request that they amend the picklist.

Yes they should. But FYI, I don't have any location selected for the two groups I run; I just left it unpicked. So, there's that possibility too.

Hmmmm. That field has a red asterick beside it which means that it cannot be blank. Weird thing is, when I go into 'edit', it shows United States as the location, but the location no longer shows on the group home.

Judy, they have every country imaginable on the pick list. They are all individual countries though.

There - fixed it! I editted the group description to read, "We are an international group...."
