I just finished reading The Midnight Palace and I think that I would dress up as Jawahal. I'd have a black hooded cloak with my face blackened, long pointy fingernails, and an evil laugh. Somehow, I'd have to incorporate the idea of fire - maybe red along the bottom of the cloak with a bit of a red train trailing behind me.
