Christine Keleny (christinekeleny) | 26 comments Joyce, I think you and I would get along nicely. I also write historic fiction. Check out my "Rosebloom" and "A Burnished Rose." First one is set on the Mississippi in the late 1930s and the second -the sequel- follows the main character, Rose, as a nurse in WWII in North Africa and Europe.
I'll definitely check your books out!Christine Keleny

Hello Angela. I'm interested in YA. I've done two book reviews on my blog, in the past couple months, but they were adult books.

I've done tons of book reviews here on goodreads though and several on Amazon and Smashwords.

The Window Seat Blog (thewindowseat) | 2 comments Hi everyone! We're The Window Seat blog! We've recently started our book blog, and are accepting submissions from indie authors!!! Please go and check out blog for our review policy, or private message us. In other news, The Window Seat blog is currently hosting a giveaway for the first two books, as well as the beginning novella, in Tempest C. Avery's teen fantasy/paranormal series, the Three Realms, also known as the Dreamer trilogy. Below we've included a short general blurb, as well as a link that will bring you directly to the giveaway on the blog. :) Please go check it out.

Lily Bryg's just been sucked back into the realm where she was born. And where she died. Only problem is, that was well over three hundred years ago, and most of her memories of the place have disappeared. With an evil king out to make her his, and a prophecy looming over her head, can she and her friends find a way to stay alive and out of Ronan's clutches?

Dodging witches, demons, faeries, dragons, and much, much more, the Four are just beginning to realize that having power comes with a lot of responsibility. And sacrifice. But one question stands out among the rest, haunting Lily through out the nights and days. Should she fight Ronan and risk everything, or should she give up her freedom to the gorgeous, yet wicked, king in order to possibly save her friends?

D.E.M. Emrys (d_e_m_emrys) | 21 comments Hello everyone! I'm a fantasy author and reviewer. If anyone has a book they'd like looking at, I'll be glad to cast an eye.

And for those who might be interested, here's an intro to my ebook 'From Man to Man':

From Man to Man by D.E.M. Emrys
‘I’ve traded my old enemies for just this one…’ The axe thundered home. ‘I miss the old ones.’

Every man has a past, none more so than Draven Reinhardt. Abandoning his old life to settle down as a villager, he struggles to fit in, let alone hold down a job. When opportunity offers the much needed coin, Draven is torn between a promise and a purpose.

But, what’s one last job if you’ve already got blood on your hands?

‘From Man to Man’ is the story of how one man can change – or not – for the best. Prequel to the upcoming novel ‘It Began With Ashes’, the short (6400 words) introduces the reader to a world of suspense, intrigue, and action.

BONUS MATERIAL:
Exclusive preview chapter from ‘It Began With Ashes’.

message 143: by Ty (new)

Ty Patterson | 8 comments Hi,

i released my first ebook, a thriller, The Warrior, on Amazon and Smashwords last month and would love to have it reviewed.

the blurb goes like this:

"Zeb Carter is almost your average Private Military Contractor. Almost.

When working for a WDE (We Don't Exist) Agency, Zeb witnesses a gruesome crime in the Congo and tracks the perpetrators down to New York. Only to discover that not only are they protected by the FBI, but also are closely connected to a very high profile politician.

Ordered to stand down by the FBI, Zeb finds that his hunt brings those close to him in the sights of the killers.

A thriller that spans Congo and New York, The Warrior is dotted with gritty action, a central character that fuels imagination, and a supporting cast of great colorful characters.

The Warrior is about relentless determination and a burning need to avenge and to deliver retribution against all odds. The Warrior is not just about action but also about character build up and the clash of differing values and how those clashes affect outcomes. Lastly, The Warrior is about the brotherhood of warriors.

The first in the Zeb Carter and Broker series."

http://www.amazon.com/The-Warrior-ebo...

i would love it if my book could be reviewed.

i will be more than happy to send a kindle/epub or any file format to reviewers.

please let me know.

thks

Ty
