Darcey (dmaw) | 3 comments So, this is my very tentative list, very much subject to availability. I've got a little bit of a buffer on here in case some of the books are MIA (they're either things I've found for Kindle, can get from the library, or can probably get loaned to me).

Since my husband works at an international boarding school & we have kids from Bhutan, Nepal, Tibet, Thailand, Vietnam, South Korea, and many others -- I'm going to try to get some recs from them for variety, but this will be the first iteration of the list.

Genia Lukin You have several books on your list I am planning to read, too.

Goodness, that book you have for Israel makes my historical accuracy fingers twitch. If you want, I know a fantastic book on the same general topic...

I'll take any recommendations you might have! :)

Genia Lukin Okay. Here it is. Josephus. Technically, this is part I of a trilogy, and it's probably one of my favourite books, ever.

I'll be reading Lotus Eaters for Vietnam as well. I've heard such good things about this book.

Hi Christina and welcome to our group. Glad to hear you're loving The Dovekeepers. I've read several of Hoffmann's books and really liked some, but didn't like others. Has this been your experience? I'm trying to gauge if she's back on track with this book.

Jenny (Reading Envy) (readingenvy) | 1309 comments Hi Darcey, I'm sorry I didn't catch you when you originally posted, but I have added your list to the master list. If you add anything, commenting here or contacting me will allow to make sure they are added to the master list (but don't worry if you decide *not* to read something).

I'm excited to see Dervish House on there - definitely one of my favorite reads of the last year. Oh yeah and in case you go looking - I squished all the Burma/Myanmar books under Burma.
