I don't think anyone caught on to the "story" in message 15. I think they thought you went on a shopping spree (at best).
Actually, that is quite creative.

That's wonderful, Judy!

Yes. Start a separate threat. One group I belong to plays scrabble. Others play other games. I think we need our 52 group game. And you are the obvious person to launch it.

You've got a great list going and I love that you're including YA reads. [Book: I Capture The Castle] was and is a longtime favorite -- Cassandra has one of the best 'voices' that I can remember ever coming across. You link to a book by clicking on the "add book/author" text at the top of the comment box. There you type in the title and then when you see the book you want you click on add. The added book will always appear at the bottom of the comment box, so you have to cut and paste it in where you want it on your list.
I hope that helps you. You do not have to make your list all at once. You can get ideas from other peoples lists, the master list , recommended books and of course your own TBR shelf. Or maybe you have a pile of books sitting at home waiting to be read. ....... And how you define countries is also very flexilbel Really, you decide how you want to make your own list. Isn't it nice not to have a bunch of strict rules?!
