Speaking of Thanksgiving, I believe it is the FIRST one ever I have spent in Ohio! Did you realize that counting Sue's friends, there were 39 on the premises that Saturday! WE are some group!Hey - I think I MIGHT be getting the hang of this - still need to put in some books - did finish Into the Wild - maybe this is why I am so cold already this winter - and I was hoping to finally be out of menopause!!!

It took me longer to read than I expected. He really tried to get into the guy's head and tries to offer a more sympthetic version of why this guy needed to go off. I liked the book for that reason, I really feel for the guy's family! What a loss.
Anyway - hope to see you at the next "gathering" - sounds like a cult --freaky!

Anthony and I just saw the movie last weekend. What a story. However, I guess the movie takes some 'liberties' to make it more interesting - which is disappointing. However, a documentary was released titled, "Call of the Wild." I read the original article in the magazine, Outside, that the author of the book wrote before he wrote the book. Sad story, but also fascinating. Hope to see you at the next Cult gathering. Do you have Bob and Sue's new address? I need it.
