What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

I am trying to remember the name of a book about a man whose wife sends him to live with moks fir a week and he is especially excited to meet one monk because he used to be a business hotshot. The book was given to me to read as a manual on work environments but it talks about Jesus as a leader and the man goes back, nota Christian per se but a better husband and boss.

The book preview says it's Saint John of The Cross in Leeland, Michigan. I haven't read this book however, so I'm not sure if it's an actual biography or just a fable in the manner of Dinner with a Perfect Stranger or The Shack.
