Thanks Julia. I follow them on facebook and it's nice because they also list freebies; sorting them into genre.

Steve Robinson (steverobinson) | 2926 comments In the Blood (A genealogical crime mystery) is on Daily Cheap Reads UK site today - £1.77. It will also be on the US site next Tuesday 29th Nov. It will be interesting to see if it has any impact on sales. The US site is more established, but I'll let you know if my sales figures for the UK vary much from my current average.

Steve Robinson (steverobinson) | 2926 comments In the Blood is featuring on the US Daily Cheap Reads site now. Last week it was on the UK site and can't report any significant increase in sales from that. It was a pretty regular day. it will be interesting to see if there's any increase from the .com site today as they are more established in the US. I'll let you know. :o)

Steve Robinson (steverobinson) | 2926 comments I Just wanted to report that Daily Cheap Reads US has had a huge impact on sales of In the Blood on Amazon.com over the last 24 hours. Things were picking up on .com generally, but because of the feature, sales have easily doubled if not tripled over the last 24 hours.

If you're an author and you've not already contacted them, it's well worth sending your book details in. I think the only criteria is that it has to be under a certain price. It will certainly draw more readers to your product page in the US.

This is from their 'About' page - not sure who issues the warning, and how sexless or lacking in sweary words the content has to be for them to accept a book, but...

You won’t find certain books on our website. If there’s a warning about violence, language, sexual content, or anything of that nature, the price doesn’t matter. We choose not to put those books on our website.

Stuart Ayris (stuayris) | 2614 comments Great stuff Steve! How do we make them aware of our books? Or is it just a random thing?

Stu

Steve Robinson (steverobinson) | 2926 comments I've been doing too good a job of keeping off the boards and getting on with my sequel that I missed this direct question, Stu. My apologies. I was just doing a bit of lurking and noticed it.

If you (and anyone else who wants to) follow this link: http://dailycheapreads.com/your-two-c... and just put your details in you should get a response. It was a while ago now, but I'm pretty sure I just included my book details and links, asking to be added to their site.

Best of luck.

Patti (baconater) (goldengreene) | 56525 comments I really like daily cheap reads. I get a newsfeed on my Facebook from them.

Stuart Ayris (stuayris) | 2614 comments Tollesbury Time Forever is being featured there this Friday! I just sent them a message on their site (I think it's something like "give us your two pence worth" or something. I did that about three weeks ago and then emailed me this morning to say it would be up this Friday.

They do have a bit of a rider about violence, sex and that type of stuff, just to let you know!

Patti (baconater) (goldengreene) | 56525 comments Just saw this one on my Facebook page. Looks quite good, I think.
