I just added one that I recently won from the blog Vampire Wire. It's a chunky one(500+ pages) so I put it on the to-read shelf.

Maybe you could add a "Blog Giveaways" shelf.

I initially had it that way with shelves but thought it may be easier to post for first-reads, blogs, books won (or mentioning for the group bookshelf now ;) on the general folder, and other folders not getting pushed too far down for what shelves/topics may be hot at the time ;) something to definitely think about and would love to hear more on :) or possibly even more support or could always see about giving it a go and see how it works out :) hmm... what do you think? :)

Gotcha Mona ;).. I was thinking of folders on the main forum and you were mentioning shelves on the bookshelf right?..lol ;) yeah.. we could do that. I'm hoping enough will like to do that also :) We could do something like first-reads and blog giveaways shelving. It would be nice to in include the different blog sites but I'm not sure if that would be like a conflict of interest being on Goodreads and of listing other sites on there plus maybe a couple shelves for now would probably make things easier.. good idea :) . let me know what you think?

Just found out I won 'In The Plex' by Steven Levy on Booktrib .. thanks again for mentioning that site. I had it on my secondary e-mail and just thought I'd check it and see and there it was :) good thing it was a notification rather than having to verify with 48 hours or so or I probably would have missed out (won on Nov. 25).lol ;) congrats on your Hop Win also... sounds like we're both racking them up :)

I'm new here, thanks for the invite Ken! I have won a few books in the past year or so, so I will go ahead and add them to the shelf. I didn't realize groups had their own bookshelves until reading this post.

Thanks for joining Melissa! Yeah I thought it would be a good idea for the group to really incorporate books won for our bookshelf, for winners to brag and show off a little ;) recommend some nice reads, maybe even get more authors etc. to join with mentioning this group on their book listing page to maybe bring in even more giveaways and more members too. Nice little bonus too the bookshelf in groups :)

Thanks Ken :) Most of my wins are blog giveaways. Unlike, you, I haven't won a FirstReads in ages. That has a lot to do with timeliness and/or frequency of my reviews, I'm sure.
