Rev. Carla Smith | 1 comments Hi everyone..Im new to blogging as well..my site https://Godsupplies.org is created as a collection of thoughts and messages as revealed by the Holy Spirit. The aim is to cause the gospel to be preached and that lost, shackled, broken may find Jesus, and that the saved will be further encourage.Hope you find value.leave a comment Enjoy!

message 426: by Mickey (new)

Mickey Mullen (mrmullenvcncom) | 632 comments 451 Carla, "Revealed by the Holy Spirit" are you sure did the Holy Ghost go in your mouth and down your throat as it did Jesus, that is the only way, that you can receive it. Another thing your body must be clean before it will enter your mouth, as in born again first that is why Jesus said it first. Jesus spoke allegorically or in parables so He is no help but Ezekiel explained it in Ezekiel 36:26-27 as plain as I could write it. It happened to me physically, and I know in Ezekiel it is about the Jews but how many ways are there to get saved? The preachers are nuts.

message 427: by Luke (new)

Luke J. Wilson (mrlewk) | 27 comments Mickey wrote: "...did the Holy Ghost go in your mouth and down your throat as it did Jesus, that is the only way, that you can receive it..."

What nonsense is this? Where exactly does it say Jesus "swallowed" the Holy Spirit? Also our bodies must be clean first? You are adding works to the Gospel.

message 428: by Mickey (new)

Mickey Mullen (mrmullenvcncom) | 632 comments 453 Luke; The Bible of 1611 is a mess, and the sad part is everything the preachers tell their congregation it is in the Bible.

It is not nonsense; It happened so fast the (like a dove; allegorically) in St Matthew 3:16 those around him even John must have not know it was going to occur. They saw a flash of light or blob and it never set on Him but went in His mouth as it did mine in a 1959 Ford. It came through the windshield after a vision was put on me to open my mouth. That is why it reads "straightway out of the water:" or on Jesus first breath His mouth was open.

Paul was a false prophet St John 5:43

A verse in the Old Testament explains St John 3:3-5 of being born again and receiving the Holy Ghost, because Jesus spoke allegorically that is in Ezekiel 36:26-25-27. Verse 25 should be after 26 because I received my new heart before my body started to be clean, in 25, and that took 30 days before receiving the Holy Spirit in my mouth. 25 "Then will I sprinkle clean water upon you, (born again, new heart) and ye shall be clean : from all your filthiness, and from all your idols, will I cleanse you."

message 429: by Luke (new)

Luke J. Wilson (mrlewk) | 27 comments I don't know what the KJV has to do with this. Either way, you are imposing an assumption on the text which isn't there. No where does it say Jesus ate the Spirit, or that John didn't know what was going on. All assumptions on your part.

message 430: by Luke (new)

Luke J. Wilson (mrlewk) | 27 comments Matthew 3:16
And when Jesus had been baptized, just as he came up from the water, suddenly the heavens were opened to him and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and alighting on him.

message 431: by Luke (new)

Luke J. Wilson (mrlewk) | 27 comments More on topic for this thread, here's my latest blog post in a series in doing:

Sometimes the question, or accusation/criticism maybe, is posed by atheists and critics of Christianity that Jesus didn’t really sacrifice anything because he is God and also because he got his life back three days later.

But Jesus didn’t just put on a human skin mask for 30 years or so and then shed it once his job was done. No, this had eternal consequences. Read on to see how!

What did Jesus actually sacrifice?

message 432: by Mickey (new)

Mickey Mullen (mrmullenvcncom) | 632 comments 455 Luke The KJV is a Bible I'm not imposing an assumption on any body, if you would re-read 454 It happened to me physically. I know it doesn't say Jesus ate the Spirit but it reads it will be put inside of you perhaps up your ass. St John 14:17 "Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him; but ye know him: (Holy Ghost) for he dwelleth with you, AND SHALL BE IN YOU. God said in Genesis 6:6 that it grieved Him in His heart that He made man on the earth, and I can understand that.

message 433: by Luke (new)

Luke J. Wilson (mrlewk) | 27 comments Mickey wrote: "for he dwelleth with you, AND SHALL BE IN YOU...."

Yeah, in us because He is SPIRIT. It's not something physical that sits inside us

message 434: by Mickey (new)

Mickey Mullen (mrmullenvcncom) | 632 comments "AND SHALL BE IN YOU" is that to complicated for you? It is to complicated for the preachers also.

message 435: by Luke (new)

Luke J. Wilson (mrlewk) | 27 comments Yes in is AS SPIRIT. Why is that so hard for you?

message 436: by Steven (new)

Steven Kopp | 9 comments Luke, don't try too hard on Mickey. He rejects a lot of Scripture and declares it to be a deception. You and him don't likely have any common ground.

message 437: by Luke (new)

Luke J. Wilson (mrlewk) | 27 comments Yeah I was just looking through his profile and the reviews on his books. Seems like a lot of others have pointed out many flaws; especially one where he apparently thinks Paul was inspired by Satan, and Luke-Acts are corrupt or something and so he doesn't read nearly half of the be testament!?

Can't argue with crazy.

message 438: by Mickey (last edited Mar 19, 2018 08:44AM) (new)

Mickey Mullen (mrmullenvcncom) | 632 comments What is the "tree of life?" You don't seem to like the Holy Ghost that is a must have, before you can be with God for eternity. You receive it, when God asked you to change the water into wine. It reads; "To him that overcometh (from the false doctrine) will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God. It went from the garden of eden to the paridise of God. He gave me the Tree of life, and God told Adam that if he ate it he would live forever. Revelation 2:7 and Genesis 3: 22-24

message 439: by Luke (new)

Luke J. Wilson (mrlewk) | 27 comments When God asks me to change water into wine? What?

Also, you're very presumptuous.

Don't worry about Mickey. He is delusional. He believes that he is Elijah (even though Jesus says that John the Baptist was Elijah.)

message 441: by Mickey (last edited Mar 19, 2018 09:11AM) (new)

Mickey Mullen (mrmullenvcncom) | 632 comments You receive the, TREE OF LIFE." That happened to me after I saw an Angel in a Sunday school class in the morning, and that night at midnight I received the TREE OF LIFE. St Matthew 4:11 1/12/1970 at 0001am and St John 2: 1-10 It doesn't say that either. Its getting more presumptuous, and you won't hear this in church either. What you need is to read one of my nonfiction religious and Bio. books by Mickey R Mullen But who wants to read about the truth, when there is Harry Potter, and Carla has the Holy Ghost by the you no what, in 451. When I saw the Angel I told the class that, "JUDGMENT DAY IS COMING."

message 442: by Luke (new)

Luke J. Wilson (mrlewk) | 27 comments Do you believe you are Elijah? Is that an accurate statement about you?

message 443: by Mickey (new)

Mickey Mullen (mrmullenvcncom) | 632 comments Yes; When your the only one on the planet, "that you can find " that has a different heart than what your mother gave you, and have received 30 days later a new Spirit in the mouth as Jesus received in St Matthew 20:23 "Ye shall drink (in the mouth) indeed of my cup, and be baptized with the (same) baptism that I am baptized with," and have seen an Angel as Jesus did in St Matthew 4:11 and received the "tree of life" as of Revelation 2:7 " To him that overcometh (from the false doctrine) will I give to eat of the 'tree of life." That would give anyone a belief that they are special. Revalstion 2:17 "To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden man'-na and will give a white stone (like a dove) and in the stone a new name written, which no man knoweth saving (except) he that receiveth it."
Elijah is to explain the Salvation experience most of all, and people without it where are they going? Malachi 4:5 "Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the Lord."
You get 72 virgins in Islam, in paradise.
You get purgatory to get straitened out.
You get to be a bull with a lot of cows someday.
You get nothing but trouble.
All your wives will be with you in the after life.

message 444: by Luke (new)

Luke J. Wilson (mrlewk) | 27 comments Wow how amazing! You're like the fifth "Elijah" I've met. Incredible how God has "rebirthed" so many of you in the world, all with conflicting views and doctrines etc.

🙄

message 445: by Luke (new)

Luke J. Wilson (mrlewk) | 27 comments Also, you quote Malachi but don't seem to realise that the was fulfilled in John the Baptist? What kind of "Elijah" are you!

message 446: by Mickey (new)

Mickey Mullen (mrmullenvcncom) | 632 comments I can't seem to get it in know bodies head, that they asked John the Baptist if he was Elijah, and he said NO twice. How complicated is that. Even the King James Bible is a mess. The infallible Bible that you hear in church from the preachers. Elijah is to come at the end time, how could we say that the end time was at the same time as when Jesus was on the earth?

St John 1:21 "And they asked him (John the Baptist) Art thou Elijah ? and he saith, I am not. Art thou that prophet? And he answered, NO.

message 447: by Luke (new)

Luke J. Wilson (mrlewk) | 27 comments I don't know why you keep on about the KJV, or that it's "infallible".

But that aside, maybe you should read the Bible a little closer, "Elijah"..

Matthew 11:13-15
For all the prophets and the law prophesied until John came; and if you are willing to accept it, he is Elijah who is to come. Let anyone with ears listen!

That was Jesus speaking, btw.

BUT JESUS SAID JOHN WAS!

So, when it is convenient for you... you opt to believe John the Baptist MORE THAN JESUS!

message 449: by Mickey (new)

Mickey Mullen (mrmullenvcncom) | 632 comments 13 Means that all the law and Prophets of the Old Testament ended with John the Baptist. The killing of the animals etc. in Leviticus for thoes generations.

Now we have what the Gospels tell us, for this generation to go by, Jesus is the ultimate sacrifice. If you are not born again and receive the Holy Ghost it is the only way to the kingdom of God.
I have no idea how those before Jesus will be with God in His kingdom.

I'm not willing to except that John was Elijah. Know where else in the Gospels are those stupid words (And if ye will receive it) 16-19 Do you see yourself. It grieved God's heart, that He made man on the earth and that I can understand. Genesis 6:6

Not surprising... you have REFUSED to accept the TRUE JESUS of the Bible... why would you accept His words?
