Hi Maranda - Lori is in fact awesomely crazy. And so is this group! I predict you'll never run out of book recommendations. One of our group reads this month is Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close. I don't know if you've read it, but I can HIGHLY recommend it.
You can come and work in my bookshop if you like. Its in the Caribbean so sun, sand etc. but sadly, no money. :-(Welcome to the group.

lol miranda.... While Lori is absolutely nuts (and I mean that in the most affectionate way I can Lori...) her current picture has been causing a buzz, since it's not her *ahem* 'normal' self.... I think that maybe she's been hiding an alter ego from us... you know, maybe she changes in a phone booth somewhere and is off to add punkiness to the world.....

I have been in school for the last two years so have not read a lot but usually I read about a book a week. I am set to finish school on January 19th and am looking for new material to sink my teeth into when I'm done. I worked in a bookstore for 8 years and then had a baby and quit so I am hopeful this group will help replace the customer recommendations I always got.
